The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Dental Sales Specialist , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Working with an Opportunity Pipeline to increase the market share of 3M Dental Products within Dental Practices.
Achieving specific sales objectives by providing sales coverage face to face (and virtually when required) within an assigned territory.
Demonstrating the ability to collaborate and share knowledge that benefits others
Demonstrating strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales opportunities by presenting 1:1 or to small groups using persuasive verbal and written communication skills
Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales target while managing administrative responsibilities and CRM requirements
Ability to interact with dental professionals at all levels of an organisation and established business relationships within the territory.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Demonstrate a successful track record in exceeding expectations
Experience using Customer Relations Management (CRM) software (i.e. Salesforce, Oracle, SAP CRM)
Territory Management skills including analytics, strategic planning, prioritization, and implementation
Excellent communication skills that build relationships
Energy, drive and passion for sales
Experience with maintaining and growing a sales territory
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Good Standard of Education
Dental Industry experience preferably but not essential
Knowledge and understanding of the competitive landscape in health care products
Current, Valid Driver’s license is required, as you will be issued a company vehicle for this position
Confidence with using a CRM system eg Salesforce Knowledge
Travel: Field Sales Role 80 % out on territory
Role Location: North London, Northwest London, East Central London, Central London and Oxford
Candidate location: Candidate must live on territory (as defined below)
Sales Territory: Postcode areas EC,EN,HA,N, NW,UB,W,WC,WD,LU,OX
Salary – high-reaching dependent on skills and experience plus excellent benefits package.
