Demonstrator – International Travel – Heavy Plant & Earthmoving Machinery
Elite Consultancy Network have an exclusive opportunity for a highly experienced Demonstrator to join LiuGong Europe’s international team. We are seeking a well skilled candidate for this role, with strong background in demonstrating excavators, wheel loaders, skid steers and telehandlers, as well as acting as the Voice of the Customer, playing a crucial role with high involvement in both current product improvements and new product development.

Area: UK/Italy/throughout Europe/China
Salary: £60,000 per year + bonus + benefits

The requirements of the Demonstrator will be:

– As a Demonstrator, you will be responsible for acting as the Voice of the Customer to drive product improvement through the utilisation of customer feedback
– Conduct practical and systematic testing of prototypes and current models
– Be deeply involved in the testing and assessment of prototype machines, ensuring machines will meet the demands of the customers
– Deliver evaluations of product readiness and provide recommendations on market launch decisions, ensuring compliance with European market requirements
– Support the Research & Development Department by compiling and summarising test standards related to operational experience and performance verification

 
The ideal candidate for Demonstrator will have:

– Hands-on experience operating earthmoving machinery, including excavators, wheel loaders, skid steer loaders, and telehandlers
– Demonstrated proficiency in handling a variety of earthmoving equipment, with a deep understanding of their primary applications and critical performance requirements specific to the European market
– Extensive experience operating leading European excavators and wheel loaders
– Strong familiarity with a wide range of common attachments used in the European market
– Possess valid licenses or certifications for the legal operation of construction equipment in one or more European countries.
– Basic knowledge of hydraulic and electronic control systems in construction equipment, # , Dealerships and Hire/Rental businesses within the Construction Equipment sectors and cover all requirements across Sales, Service and Operations.
