This award winning well respected hotel are currently seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join their team of chefs.

As a Demi Chef de Partie you will be an integral part of the team to lead and learn on a section in the kitchen creating the finest dishes and working to the highest of standards. You will be working in the more informal restaurant within the establishment, however, you will still be required to produce dishes to a high standard.

This is a great opportunity to develop your career and gain exposure to a range of cuisines and styles amongst a busy but experienced team.

Requirements for this Demi Chef de Partie role are:

Passionate about food
NVQ Level 2&3
Previous experience in a similar establishment
Food, hygiene and safety
Good organisational skills

This is a permanent position.

Should also possess NVQ level 1 and 2 or equivalent, and hygiene certificate.
