You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

Supply Planning
:

-Lead the central replenishment of Retail and E-store assortment. 
-Ensure optimal product availability on shelves in all stores through replenishment order calculations. 
-Adjust the purchasing plan through optimum use of parameters (lead time, frequency of orders, buffer stock). 
-Share communication on Out-of-Stock (OOS) situations, review major alert orders, and ensure alignment with commercial needs. 
-Optimize the stock level in stores with stock balancing. Identify opportunities for re-allocation between Retail and E-Commerce. 
-Optimize stock returns & transfer opportunities between all Stores: Identify overstock and propose action plans to Category Management and Negotiation team. 
-Ensure roll-out of brands and new stores/re-fits are managed effectively and maximizes utilization of transfers. 
-Communicate with Supply Chain Planning Manager and Supply Chain Directo to align the central purchases with the overall monthly target stock per country. 
-Manage the Open To Buy for central and create/validate the orders on a weekly level. 
-Provide input in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs. 
-Closely coordinate and communicate with the Central Planning Team to secure additional inventory when demand exceeds the forecast. 
-Communicate picking and shipping priorities to the warehouse and troubleshoot any inventory shortage issues. 
-Ensure good collaboration with transport providers in each country. Communicate picking and shipping priorities/changes in time to secure On-Shelf Availability (OSA). 
-Coordinate end-of-season returns and shipments to the central warehouse. 
-Administrate the Database (assortment, status, etc.) and control its consistency and alignment between systems. 
 

Demand Planning
:

-Forecast adjustment and S&OP process. 
-Ensures the overall central forecast is consistent with historical sales of products, trend, and planned events and informs central when there are big deviations.
-Follow-up the animation orders and deliveries.
-Newness orders check and follow-up.
-Conduct analysis on Out-of-Stock instances after analyzing reports as part of the order check and adjustment process that is carried out weekly. 
-Support store opening / closing plans.
-Build strong relationship with internal Category Managers and Central Planning for all 
inter-related activities. 
 

Reporting and Analysis
:

-Prepare action plans with Category-Management and Finance Teams for slow movers and obsoletes. 
-Track the Warehouse Fill rate to alert Offer and challenge the brands with low delivery rate.
-Follow performance indicators (On-Shelf Availability, Inventory coverage, Days of Inventory, Supplier Fill Rate, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Value, Brand Analysis) and commit necessary action plans. 
-Price updates analysis and implementation.
-Sales and stock weekly extractions.
-Store support for reception correction and stock needs.

Team Leadership and People management
:

-Lead, motivate, and develop the Demand and Supply Planner team.
-Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify development needs for team members.
-Plan and organize team activities, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure deadlines are met.
-Provide training and onboarding for new team members.

Continuous Improvement and Projects
:

-Identify and implement initiatives for process improvement in demand and supply planning.
-Participate in supply chain optimization projects and the implementation of new systems or tools.
-Propose and implement solutions to increase operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
:

-Ensure effective communication with all departments involved (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, IT, etc.) to align objectives and processes.
-Represent the Demand & Supply Planning team in cross-functional meetings and present updates on status and key performance indicators.

-ERP experience (SAP is a plus). 
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. 
-Experience in retail is a plus.

-Working well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
