Pays : FranceLocalisation : Rte De Thil, 01120 Montluel, FranceJoin our team as the Demand planner analyst EMEA, reporting to CHVAC EMEA Business development & pricing director.In this role, you will join a dynamic team & participate to the improvement of SIOP process for EMEA.Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Fluent English, both written & spoken
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related role, focusing on S&OP or supply chain planning would be a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel. Experience with S4/Hana and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Powerpoint presentations & ability to convey clear messages
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • HVAC knowledge/expertise is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Forecasting:
  • Analyze historical sales trends, research demand drivers, and evaluate forecast results.
  • Leverage statistical models to predict demand accurately.
  • Identify potential risks related to demand fluctuations and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Manage the S&OP demand planning consolidation & closely collaborate with key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing & Manufacturing
  • Key stakeholders alignment
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with the group factories to refine the company’s forecast and demand plan
  • Collaborate closely with product management teams to ensure efficient and effective phase-in and phase-out processes
  • Ensure alignment between distribution companies & production
  • Track major project pipeline from quotation to order confirmation
  • Reporting
  • Report to Management prior to monthly executive reviews
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and presentations for EMEA Top Management
