What you’re going to doAs a demand planner at Samsung, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the supply chain dynamics for a leading global innovator. Your analytical prowess and forecasting acumen will directly impact our ability to deliver cutting-edge climate comfort solutions across Europe. You will be tasked with the challenge of balancing precision and adaptability, ensuring our sales forecasts align with ever-shifting market demands while upholding the company’s esteemed practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Devise and maintain accurate sales forecasts, adhering to company guidelines, to optimize product group supply.
- Analyze market data and generate reports to guide sales and supply chain decisions, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Engage in cross-functional weekly meetings to discuss sales targets, market fluctuations, and product lifecycle management.
- Drive customer satisfaction through diligent forecast preparation, reporting, and direct engagement when necessary.
- Lead change management initiatives, monitor processes, and refine systems to bolster forecast accuracy and reporting.

What we ask of youWe seek a detail-oriented analyst with a knack for optimizing sales and logistics processes.
- Analytical skills with 1-2 years’ experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and good communication
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- Knowledge of sales and logistic processes
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
