Description Overview

We are now looking for an analytical and driven person to temporarily fill the position as Demand Manager OTC (12 months fixed-term contract). As a Demand Manager you will play a key role in the business planning process and convert market insights to demand plans actionable for replenishment planning. You set the foundation for a successful Supply chain.

In this position you will manage all demand planning related tasks for the OTC portfolio. You will become one of the experts in understanding the future for brands like Nezeril, Plackers and Bronwel. The insights will be gained through leading demand reviews with the commercial teams across the Nordic markets as well as with the marketing team. Furthermore, you will take the lead in developing the planning process together with stakeholders across many functions (Finance, Supply, Marketing, Commercial). 

The Demand Manager is part of the Nordic Supply Chain organization with 8 people divided into two teams – Demand Planning and Logistics. You will report to the Demand Planning Manager.
 

Scope of the Role

•    Manage demand planning for the OTC portfolio by maintaining a sales forecast for ~120 SKUs across 4 markets (Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark), 24 months out.
•    Lead monthly demand reviews with commercial and marketing teams
•    Participate in weekly demand/supply reviews
•    Participate in NPD-projects
•    Drive development of demand planning related processes and tools
 

Experience Required

•    Have gained an initial experience in SI&OP/Demand planning, preferably within pharma or FMCG.
•    University degree in relevant area
•    Proficient in Microsoft Excel
•    Experience of forecast management tools (SAP IBP, Logility, SO99+, Relex or similar)
