Delivery Manager with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience (m/f/d) in Austria

The role includes taking over responsibility for one of our largest client programmes in the public sector and working closely with EPAM senior management to craft and execute the business strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the DACH region.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Being responsible for the end-to-end client delivery from initiation through the whole life cycle

• Ensuring projects/programs are delivered successfully and in line with EPAM processes

• On-site interaction with clients based in Vienna for workshops and project management meetings

• Running multiple streams of activities and clients in various stages of the lifecycle

• Being accountable for delivery in all aspects – financial, sourcing, implementation, and business. Planning, managing, monitoring delivery activities

• Cooperating with your peers, delivery partners, technology consultants, account managers and solution architects

• Working closely with multi-disciplined teams of product owners, architects, engineers, and quality assurance experts to drive estimates, delivery plans and retrospectives. Identifying and managing engagement risks and flag serious issues early

• Participating in business development at existing clients and at new prospects. Understanding client needs, continuously identifying new opportunities and driving growth of the accounts you are associated with

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 to 10 years of experience in managing complex projects, implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform

• Working experience with multiple of the following: Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Marketing, Sales

• Stakeholder Management

• Agile SCRUM/Kanban/SAFe

• Requirements Engineering

• Team Leadership

• Scope Management

• Ability to mentor and develop junior team members

• Full proficiency in German and English

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience supporting presales proposal and contract creation

• Working knowledge of

• Azure integration technologies

• Azure Cognitive Services

• Azure Pipelines

• Microsoft SQL Server

• Project Management Certification

• Experience working with clients in any of the following industries: public sector, manufacturing, med-tech, consumer products and retail
