Core Skills & ResponsibilitiesThe Delivery Manager will take on a new role within the organization and you, as the first person in this position, will play a pivotal role in the company. This is not a classical project management role but a strategic position where you will work mainly with our Clients’ Management Boards and our Partners. As the role is new, we estimate the following time split for this position, nevertheless it is still subject to potential changes according to experience and input of potential candidates:50% project delivery oversight on multiple pricing projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and meet client goals,20% financial & profitability monitoring,20% relationship management with clients, stakeholders & overall leadership. Additionally providing strategic guidance and ensuring clients satisfaction,10% general improvements (operationalization of new ideas and ways of project delivery standardization)About us:

While the Project Owner handles content and strategic direction, the Delivery Manager collaborates closely with Owners and Partners, escalating issues when necessary and conducting regular status meetings,, Profitability Monitoring – Oversee project portfolios with a focus on profitability, monitoring financial performance and resource utilization,, Proactive Problem Solving – Anticipate, resolve and escalate issues when necessary to keep projects on track, ensuring client satisfaction,, Client Engagement – Although primarily an internal role, the Delivery Manager plays a crucial part in building and maintaining strong client relationships during critical moments. The Delivery Manager works closely with the Owner to define the scope of client interactions, sometimes participates in SteerCo meetings, and is actively involved in client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling,, Being a bridge between Sales & Delivery team – the Delivery Manager should effectively manage project timelines in the backlog, ensuring optimal kickoff timing based on the company capacity and resource planning,, Team Leadership – Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture and mentoring team members. The Delivery Manager acts as a mentor, guiding the team’s professional development, providing feedback, ensuring alignment with project and company goals,, Risk & Quality Management – Implement risk strategies and maintain high-quality standards across all project deliverables,, Delivery Improvement – Implement consistent project management methodologies, using tools like Asana, and continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency,, Innovate & Improve – Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating innovative practices to maintain Valueships’ competitive edge,] Requirements: Project management, Excel, Analytical skills, Communication skills Additionally: Training budget.
