- Project Delivery Expertise proven experience in managing large-scale software, SaaS, service projects (in pricing & monetization area nice to have but not required) – 5+ years’ experience with Project Management; any certificates like Prince 2, IPMA etc. is a plus,
- Business & Financial Acumen strong understanding of project financials, budgeting, profitability tracking, financial reporting and projects utilization/billability,
- Leadership experience (oversight on 20+ projects with 5+ people)
- Power Point & Excel proficient in creating smart presentations and managerial synthesis analyses,
- Strong Analytical Skills and familiarity with sophisticated tools,
- Proactive & Accountable mindset with a strong sense of ownership with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change effectively,
- Effective Communication excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in presentations in English and strong interpersonal skills,
- Academic Background in pricing or in business is a nice to have, highly appreciated but not a must
Core Skills & ResponsibilitiesThe Delivery Manager will take on a new role within the organization and you, as the first person in this position, will play a pivotal role in the company. This is not a classical project management role but a strategic position where you will work mainly with our Clients’ Management Boards and our Partners. Simply put – we want to introduce new standards for our project delivery and ensure project consistency and standardization.We even asked our team members to list some challenges you might face when you join our firm! - Creating a synergy between our delivery and sales team – taking care of better information circulation and clarity.
- Standardizing the processes of customer service – we strive to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers, but we see potential for unifying efforts of different project owners.
- Making sure that we implement healthy teamwork – we employ dozens of smart people, and we need to extract the “wisdom of crowds” to fully utilize the potential we have.
- Setting success metrics for our delivery team, so it is clear to any team member that we as a whole are doing a good job in terms of delighting our customers.
- Improving our capacity oversight – there are times when we feel that we need more clarity on our team capacity and resources. This is crucial to ensure that we prevent any crisis before it happens.
- Prepare our processes and standards for the demands of further growth – we are strongly after growth and we’re aware that with larger teams comes more responsibility to ensure that our processes are error-proof and efficient.
As the role is new, we estimate the following time split for this position, nevertheless it is still subject to potential changes according to experience and input of potential candidates:50% project delivery oversight on multiple pricing projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and meet client goals,20% financial & profitability monitoring,20% relationship management with clients, stakeholders & overall leadership. Additionally providing strategic guidance and ensuring clients satisfaction,10% general improvements (operationalization of new ideas and ways of project delivery standardization)About us:
