This includes managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. The IT Delivery Lead will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects related to Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud, ensuring that solutions meet client needs while aligning with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical expertise in Salesforce platforms, and a deep understanding of customer service workflows. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage cross-functional teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Management:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects focused on Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, and customer service solutions
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
• Salesforce Expertise

• Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud, providing guidance on best practices and optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather and document requirements, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet client needs.

• Ability to identify areas for process improvement, implement Agile practices, and mentor team members in Agile principles.
• Customer Service Solutions:

• Design and implement customer service workflows and processes that enhance the customer experience.
• Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery
• Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring that all project deliverables meet or exceed these requirements.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement:

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing best practices in project delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Salesforce and customer service technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are preferred
• Project Management Experience:

• Varied and extensive experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting stakeholder expectations
• Experience managing complex projects related to data platform and analytics, including data integration, data migration, and data modeling.
• Agile Methodologies:

• In-depth knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
• Ability to lead Agile teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Strong understanding of Agile project management tools and techniques, such as user stories, backlog management, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Salesforce CRM & Service Cloud

• Good familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud, with relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant).
• Experience in customer service solutions and workflows.
