Within CE&S, the Customer Service & Support (CSS) organization builds trust and confidence for every person and organization through delivering a seamless support experience. In CSS, we help customers and partners resolve their issues quickly, prevent future problems from occurring, and demonstrate new ways to achieve more from their Microsoft investment.

As a Delivery Enablement Manager, you will lead a team of experienced professionals (technical and commercial roles) in charge of enabling business opportunities for Microsoft and for Microsoft commercial partners. You will do this by ensuring that the right Partners leverage the benefits of global proactive programs for their own technical and business growth, and by connecting those partners with the relevant internal /external teams and resources at Microsoft. Your relationship skills will be essential for the success of this role as it requires multiple people interactions. Influencing others, finding common ground and seeking new business opportunities will be part of your daily duties, leading this team.

This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

Responsibilities

  • People Management:

  • You lead a team of technical/commercial consultants delivering an array of services to Microsoft Partners to help them grow their business featuring Microsoft products and services.  

  • You use proven leadership principles to drive accountability and attract/retain great people.

  • Delivery Excellence:

  • You ensure a high level of quality of all deliverables, champion appropriate use of intellectual property in the engagements delivered, and serve as an escalation point for team members while ensuring policies, process and guidelines are followed.

  • Customer Experience:

  • You empower your team to be customer-obsessed by coaching them on all available inputs and sources to understand and meet Partner needs. 

  • Strategy to Execution:

  • You will drive clarity for the team by clearly communicating the alignment between the team’s work and the overall business strategy, generate energy through facilitating an environment of inclusion that leverages diverse perspectives, then deliver success by maximizing the efficiency of the team to deliver on operational metrics, continuously improve and innovate delivery.

  • Business Results:

  • You and your team help drive excellence in the Partner Enablement business by delivering operational, financial and impact results including maintaining accurate budgets and monthly performance reporting.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive and proven experience in a global services and support industryOR managing pre-sales, technical support, or technical consulting teamsOR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field experience in the services and support industry;

  • Strong experience of people management in international environments;

  • Business enabler – proven record of capabilities to nurture business relationships with stakeholders, being internal/external. References to Business Cases or Projects are welcome;

  • Good understanding or Microsoft Products and services from a Sales point of view with a focus on Cloud technologies;

Language Proficiency Requirements:

  • English : Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking.
