Offer Description
– Culture of prokaryotic cell lines. Construction of reporter vectors. Expression and purification of recombinant proteins.
– Visible/UV spectroscopy. Electrophoresis of proteins and nucleic acids. Silencing of genes by RNA interference.
– Culture of eukaryotic cell lines (immortal lines, primary cultures, co-cultures). Generation of cell lines modified genetically by DNA transfection. Cell differentiation.
– Immunodetection of proteins by ELISA, western blot, immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry.
