Day Care Assistants

Salary: From A£13.15 per hour

the Care Home is a registered charity based in Whetstone N20. They are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated people to join the team as Day Care Assistants.

The Role

* To provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards under the direction of the Team Leader.
* To support and enable residents to maintain skills and personal interests while delivering person-centred care unique to each individual.
* To maintain skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as required, from time-to-time, to maintain and progress knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications

* Have experience of working in a care environment.
* Be passionate about working hard and achieving great results.
* Take pride in always maintaining high standards of care, health and safety.
* Be able to use own initiative.
* Be an effective time manager.
* Have great communication skills
