Job description

We are looking for a Database Developer with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our team on-site in Brussels. The selected candidate will be involved in the design and implementation of database Layers in multi-tier applications.Tareas

• Design, implementation, and maintenance of the database layer in multi-tier applications.
• Data analysis, data modeling, and physical database design.
• Development and maintenance of stored procedures in databases.
• Development, maintenance, and integration of database components.
• Prototyping.
• Writing and maintaining application code that reflects business requirements and technical specifications.
• Integration of databases with applications and other corporate information systems.
• Creation and execution of database test scenarios, definition of test data sets.
• Database configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Writing technical documentation.
• Assistance in database deployment, configuration, and tuning.

Requisitos

• Good knowledge of data modeling techniques and database design tools (e.g., SQL Developer Data Modeler, Hackolade, NoSQL Workbench).
• Good knowledge of development tools (e.g., Oracle SQL Developer).
• Good knowledge of relational database systems (e.g., Oracle).
• Good knowledge of NoSQL database systems (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Good knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of application development environments.
• Knowledge of web application security and relational database management systems.

• Software AG ARIS
• Oracle SQL Developer
• PL/SQL Developer

Software Development Lifecycle:

• Atlassian Tools
• GitHub
• ServiceNow

Methodology:

• Agile Development: Kanban & Scrum

Technical Certifications (at least one of the following):

• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
• CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional)
