You will be in charge of the development and maintenance of our web applications. You will work closely with the Chief Data Scientist to deliver high-quality software that enhances user engagement and streamlines patient care processes.Key Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining interactive dashboards using tools like Plotly, Dash, or other visualization libraries.
- Integrating SQL queries with Python to extract and visualize data in a meaningful way for clients.
- Designing and implementing responsive, visually appealing dashboards using CSS, HTML, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React).
- Ensuring seamless integration of back-end data processes with front-end user interfaces.
- Collaborating with data engineers, data scientists, and product teams to translate raw data into impactful visualizations.
- Applying front-end best practices to improve the user experience of data visualization products.
- Supporting the team in developing scalable, maintainable code that enhances the client dashboard experience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in backend development and some experience with TypeScript and Frontend Frameworks
- Full fluency in English is required as both interviews and work will be conducted in English.
- Must live and work in Italy; all applications from people outside of Italy will be rejected.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Proficiency with REST
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React or other similar frameworks).
- Experience with Python for data handling, ideally with libraries like Plotly, Dash, Flask, or Streamlit.
- Experience with front-end design principles and frameworks to ensure the visualization is intuitive and user-friendly.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices, focusing on clarity, user experience, and impactful data presentation.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously on complex projects with minimal guidance.
- Nice to have: experience with Python. This be necessary if updates to our AI microservices are required
- Nice to have: Understanding of ML/AI technologies, which would be beneficial in driving further innovation within our tech-driven health solutions.
