- Work on complex and extremely varied data sets from some of the world’s largest organizations to solve real world problems
- Develop data science products and solutions for clients as well as for our data science team
- Designing and deploying Machine Learning algorithms for industrial applications such as predictive maintenance, demand forecasting and process optimization, sales forecasting, marketing mix modelling, churn prediction, etc.
- Collaborating with data and subject matter experts from AICONIC and its customer teams to seek, understand, validate, interpret, and correctly use new data elements.
- Driving adoption and scalability of Generative AI and Deep Learning systems within AICONIC’s products and services.
- In forecasting, predictions, we build products that powers the engine of sales and operations that makes sure customers get their products. We influence product availability through advanced forecasting and right ordering. Its challenging since it needs to be done whilst keeping waste reduction and optimal stock holding.
- Work on developing of our AI Platform for predicting business needs like demand, orders, schedules, transportation, churn, etc.
What is Required
- At least 2-5 years of professional experience as Data Scientist
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent fields.
- Applied Machine Learning experience (regression and classification, supervised, self-supervised, and unsupervised learning).
- Strong mathematical background (linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics).
- Proficiency in Python and objected-oriented programming, e.g. JavaScript
- Familiarity with key Python packages for data wrangling, machine learning, and deep learning such as pandas, sklearn, tensorflow, torch, langchain, etc.
- Ability to drive a project and work both independently and in a cross-functional team.
- Smart, motivated, can-do attitude, and seeks to make a difference in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Track record of delivered AI projects, forecasting projects
Nice to have:
- R nice to have
- Experience in Generative AI, e.g., Large Language Models (LLMs), embedding models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
- Experience with reinforcement learning.
- A portfolio of projects (GitHub, papers, etc.).
