Job description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Capture demand, consult teams, and help them integrate the right DevSecOps approach with practical tools.
- Optimize tools according to specific needs.
- Work in a global team.
- Create and provide training in DevSecOps.
- Integrate solutions such as DAST and container scanning into processes, including pipeline integration.
- Establish and maintain deeper GRC process integration (Archer).
- Create and customize projects and pipelines in Azure DevOps.
- Integrate additional applications into Azure DevOps (Sonarqube, Microfocus Fortify, Artifactory).
Skills & Qualifications:
- Professional experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics; certifications are beneficial.
- Experience in agile ways of working and agile implementation approaches.
- Deep knowledge in agile methodologies and DevSecOps.
- Certification in Scrum or alternative agile methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps, integration of additional applications into Azure DevOps, Sonarqube, CI/CD tools, and SAST/DAST container scanning.
- Ability to work in a self-organized manner.
- Willingness for self-development in additional applications in the BASF DevSecOps area.
- Fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
