About this vacancy

• Develop and deploy data science and machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights, trends, and patterns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and design data-driven solutions.
• Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Continuously stay updated with the latest technologies, algorithms, and methodologies in data science.
• Guide clients in building data strategies and identifying key opportunities for data-driven improvements.
• Design and implement data pipelines and ensure best practices in data management and governance.
• Contribute to the innovation and growth of the data science team at TMC by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior consultants.

What we expect from you

• Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a data science or machine learning role, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R, and familiar with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.).
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Familiarity with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
