• Lead and perform the ERP business transformation in the plant migrating from SAP R/3 to cloud solution S/4 HANA in collaboration with global team.

• Lead and support the ERP and global processes changeover.

• Work closely with the internal developments SE to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements.

• Insure the quality of data controlled by his site Information Systems: integrity, compatibility and consistency.

• Implementing standards for collecting and storing data.

• Manage and animate data owners network and process on the quality of data with the appropriate KPIs.

• Develop and maintain project documentation.

• Manage any issues or delays that arise during implementation.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth systems integration.

• Stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in SAP S/4 HANA.

• Definition and develop industrial processes.

Requirements

• +3 years of SAP experience

• Manufacturing experience desirable

• Know SAP (PP y MM), SQL, 4.0 Industry, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics.

• English required.

• Microsoft Project, Office 365 (Teams, Sharepoint, Planner, Power Automate) and Tableau.

Soft skills

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Methodical, organized, with ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.

• Good communication and proactivity.
