Job Description:Product Owner, Corporate Customer EngagementWould you like join a newly established tribe in Danske Bank? Are you skilled in navigating the intersection of business processes, IT and data, and able to translate business and user expectations into good data solutions?We are looking for a Product Owner for our newly established Corporate Customer Engagement tribe. The purpose of the tribe is to enable Data Driven Advisory, both through Digital Customer Channels and by empowering Business Customer (BC) and Large Corporate & Institutions (LC&I) advisors with Customer Insights in our CRM solution.We work in a scaled agile set-up, with cross-functional squads staffed with a mix of business -and functional specialists and developers etc. We are new tribe, so you will be part of building both the new squads and the tribe as a unit. Your colleagues will be located across Denmark and India, but we also collaborate closely with other Tribes and business units.As a new tribe, we want to be known for having a culture where we team up in a global set-up with dedicated colleagues and by having an inclusive and caring culture – and most important we have fun every day and celebrate our successes.Your role
As a Product Owner, you will be instrumental in building our future Customer Insights foundation, which will contain key customer data, structured in a way, which allows it to be used in various commercial aspects, by different areas in Danske Bank.Furthermore, it will be your role to capture and prioritise data users’ preferences and wishes and support the squad to deliver associated value. You will be responsible for setting the direction for the squad and structure the backlog, milestones and deliveries. You will also be a system owner and be responsible for the refinement of requirements, planning sprints and managing key stakeholders across the bank. You will also:

You will be reporting to the Tribe Lead. We work most days from the office but allow flexibility with 1 – 2 days of working from home.
