We build automations and utilize prediction models for our prestigious clients so they can take action on data. We work with the biggest clients in the industry such as Audi, VW, Porsche, SKODA, Seat, Peugeot, Opel, Suzuki, KIA and Citroën.We are looking to hire a part-time Data Operations Associate to join our growth journey and help us to continue to deliver outstanding products and services to our customers.The PositionAs a Data Operations Associate at ag analytics, you will be able to leverage your technical skills and organizational abilities to ensure successful customer onboarding and integration with their Data Management System (DMS). With a primary focus on technical aspects, you will take part in a wide range of projects, helping you to develop a diverse skill set and advance your career. You will be working together with our Data Science and Customer Success departments, where your main tasks will include:Managing the technical onboarding process for new clientsBuilding and maintaining integrations using APIsCoordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless implementationProviding technical support and troubleshooting during the onboarding phaseCollaborating on workflow optimizations and process improvementsWith exposure to a wide range of industries and technologies, you will have the chance to expand your knowledge and develop your career in a dynamic and challenging environment.About YouYou are currently pursuing a University Degree, ideally in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. You have an understanding of APIs and system integrations and are eager to develop your skills further.At our company, we believe that passion is the key to success.
