Supporting updates on KPIs and Work Instructions and any process within the Data Operations Team.Also responsible for the process integration with from Linguistic Compliance with MDS.Position Duties and Responsibilities
QualificationsEducation Requirements:· Bachelor’s level degreeFurther Education :· Good understanding of ERP, PLM systems and Information technology· Expert in Microsoft Tools (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)· Experience in regulated business environment.· Organizational talent, attention to detail, reliable, dependability, personal initiative, good communication skills, customer / service orientation.Experience:· 2-4 years project management or coordination experienceInterpersonal skills/characteristics :· Proactive attitude· Lean focus· Cross-departmental thinking.· Proactive mindset· Independent, structured, determined, reliable and quality orientated.· Collaborative, strong team player with developed networking skills.· Take full ownership for assigned tasks and goals.· Good communicator.· Cross-functional flexibility.· Passion for languagesOther Requirements:· English proficiency required for the role· At least 3 European languages is a must· Any additional language is beneficialWe will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform crucial job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
