• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project needs and objectives.
• Responsible of the project execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Manage the budget and optimize costs with suppliers.
• Overseeing data architecture and technical design during the developments.
• To be the Product IT Owner for certain products, managing changes, incidents and proposing improvements.
• Ensure product functionality and quality in collaboration with technical teams.
• Supervise and coordinate daily team operations for efficiency and goal attainment.
• Lead process and procedure improvements.
• Defining and ensuring consistent application and best practices.
• Seek constant improvement of the business processes and applications through assessment, optimization proposals and implement solutions and/or processes to constantly support business evolution.

To be successful in this role we believe that it is positive to have:

• Consolidated experience in project management, product ownership and team management.
• Have strong leadership, orchestration and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong ability to adapt and drive change.
• Have deep technical knowledge on data product development: infra requirements, ETL building, design guidelines.
• Strong knowledge in data tools (Informatica Cloud, Data Factory, Snowflake) specially in PowerBI and self-service solutions.
• Have budget and provider management skills
• Have scrum master experience – daily project management and Agile ceremonies celebration
• Languages: Fluent level of Spanish and English.
