Drive the data management strategy:

  • Instill a data-driven corporate culture
  • Animate governance with data business owners and IT, ensuring that all processes, functions, rules, standards, and parameters ensure that information is used effectively and efficiently
  • Define and implement a global AMC strategy to analyze and control the company’s structured and unstructured data.
  • Enable data access for the various departments and services of the company.
  • Develop and submit CAPEX requests in collaboration with the operational department requesting the investment.
  • Validate IT development before production and confront each service with the achievement of ROI.

 

Information transformation

  • Collect reliable, consistent, and actionable data internally or externally 
  • Conceptualize target processes and specifications with the business owner in an understandable manner for the IT department
  • Analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Inventory existing reports, identify best practices
  • Present power Bi reports to meet business needs.
  • Standardize/homogenize best practices on existing reports
  • Implement continuous improvement on reports

 

Put AI and technological projects at the heart of our processes:

  • Master on data technologies such as Big Data and Machine Learning.
  • Propose solutions to improve the company’s efficiency, optimize/automate its processes, and create new business opportunities.
  • Follow technological developments in the field of data.
  • Detect, submit and manage data driven projects
  • Detect, submit and manage AI projects to:
  • Improve the efficiency of its processes
  • Automate administrative tasks
  • Solve complex problems
  • Popularize a large amount of information
  • Optimize our forecasts
  • Enlighten the decision-making of our teams
  • Create new business opportunities

 

 

Work in collaboration:

  • Train AMC team on data management and the use of reports. 
  • Active support for change management
  • Actor in the communication of projects and achievements to the company’s internal teams
  • Able to lead a project team
  • Coordinates the initiatives of data business owners related to data.
  • Collaborates with data professions such as data analyst, data scientist…
  • Collaborates closely with the IT department responsible for data warehousing, modeling, and data security
  • Collaborates with teams in charge of PIM and other master data tools

 

Ensure security and regulatory compliance:

  • Audit data security processes.
  • Control the use of data according to current regulations, including the GDPR (data protection regulation).

 

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of the company’s functional and strategic scope.
  • Mastery of data science and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to structure and standardize data.
  • Project management
