Does that sound like you?Welcome to BNP Paribas Personal FinanceJoining us at our Copenhagen office, you will become part of our Data Office department and work alongside our Chief Data Officer. We are passionate about data, and we are looking forward to having you in our team. We are looking for someone to support us on a fixed term contract for 24 months and with a possibility of an extension of up to 12 months.Our purpose is to give the company a strategic data overview of the entire organisation and help us make new, valuable insights. As our business is built on data, we need to manage this asset in a responsible way. You will be supporting our business in the Nordics (Norway, Sweden and Denmark).Create business value from dataAs part of our team, you will support the business in accelerating decision making, supporting value creation through responsible data use, while ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements Taking on an outgoing role, you will collaborate with all our departments to make sure we are on point with data governance and data literacy.More specifically, you will:

  • Support the CDO in the implementation of Data governance and Privacy framework.
  • Provide expertise on Data privacy related topics (ROPA, DPIA).
  • Implementation and maintenance of the data breach guidelines in line with both local regulation and group guidelines.
  • Support the projects in the assessment of projects in data privacy and protection
  • Assist the CDO in the definition and implementation of the data governance ROAD MAP.
  • Contribute to data awareness training and new ways of working in data.
  • In charge of the reporting data privacy indicators to our head company and local management.
  • Responsible for ensuring that our local procedures are up to date.
  • You will be responsible for supporting the business in the execution of data control and performing controls as part of the regular control framework.
  • You will be working closely with our Data protection officer and data protection correspondent to ensure that we are on point in data protection rules.

  • You have a previous experience in Data Management, Business Analyst or Data privacy role.
  • You have excellent collaboration and communication skills, which enables you to work with different stakeholders within the organisation.
  • You have a good understanding of banking processes.
  • You have analytical skill.
  • Experience in data querying languages is an advantage.
  • You speak and write English effortlessly.
