About the Role This position will be part of the DX integration squad, who is currently working in the implementation of Mulesoft (new integration layer)
By joining the Customer Interactions tribe (CI) , you will be in charge of delivering an effortless and frictionless customer journey for prospects and current customers, across their interactions with Swift while increasing their autonomy! As the Customer Interaction (CI) Tribe we are on a mission to improve these end-to-end interactions and are therefore evolving our significant technology stack. Two years into our journey we are progressing with the consolidation and renewal of this technology and our main focus is doing it right from the start.You will be joining a diverse Tribe of 120 enthusiastic people, spread over 3 locations (Belgium, Malaysia and the Netherlands). We value our collaborative, learning and open feedback culture.What to expect:Clarify, analyze and document the business requirements from the server and web-based software applications owned by different stakeholders and where CI is currently supporting these ones.Maintain up-to-date the documentation based on discussionsUnderstand end-to-end business and systems processes flow among different software applications in order to identify when data needs to be provided and what will trigger it.Perform simple to complex data mapping among the different data managed or required in between software applicationsFacilitate discussion within the people involved in order to get clarification and agreement on business requirementsFacilitate the demo to end-users and when needed, organize the User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Collaborate with quality assurance in the definition of test cases scenariosCollaborate with the Data Architect in order to build the data models that will support the future implementationEnsure that the non-functional requirements are in line with customer expectationsActively engage with your squad, a multi-disciplinary, autonomous team, composed of product management, development, quality assurance, operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure that the functional and non-functional requirements are in line with customer expectations.Contribute to the continuous improvement on how to have maximum effectiveness in a changing, Agile, environment. You participate in the life of the squad and in the Agile ceremonies.What will make you successful:University degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent.A total experience of 4 to 8 years, with at least 3-5 years in a business analysis position.Swift acumen (products, processes, internal applications i.e SAP, SF… ) is a strong assetExcellent analytical skills. Data analysis and data mapping is a plus.Strong communication skillsFluent in written and spoken EnglishTeam playerKnowledge on Jira, in confluenceWorking experience in agile environmentHaving working experience with APIs, webservices, data integration process is a plusUnderstanding of integration architecture and pattern is a plusKnowledge and experience in any integration platform i.e. Mulesoft is a plusWhat we offerWe give you the freedom to be yourself.
