YOUR ROLE

As a Data Governance & AI Strategy consultant for Milan and Rome office in our Enterprise Data and Analytics practice, you will:

• Deliver workstreams in Data & AI Strategy, Data Literacy, Data Governance, and Data Quality for leading and international clients;
• Support the identification, design, and proof-of-value of GenAI and agentic AI use cases, helping clients move from pilot to impactful scale;
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Intelligent Automation solutions, enabling clients to optimize processes and unlock new business value.

Your typical activities with clients and our Capgemini community will extend:

1. Understanding purposes and ambitions of our clients for using data & AI.

2. Prioritizing data & AI vision needs based on the relative effort and estimated ROI.

3. Assessing Company vision through ethics and sustainability approach.

4. Assessing current ability of our clients to generate value from Data & AI.

5. Understanding business requirements and defining the Data Management and Data Governance Target Operating Model to be reached and ensuring data-related compliance

6. Designing and building data driven solutions for data quality, governance, and AI readiness, ensuring robust foundations for advanced analytics and automation;

7. Definition of use case value prioritization processes to create Data & AI roadmap.

8. Design of business processes and operating model.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in data & analytics, management consulting, or a related field;
• Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and passion for using data; able to bridge business and technology;
• Experience with data management, data governance, data quality, analytics, AI concepts, and ideally experience working with data and advanced analytics to support data-driven business decisions.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to build networks within the team and with clients;
• Master’s degree preferably in Economics, Business, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science.
• DAMA CDMP certification preferred
• Entrepreneurial agile mindset to assist the journey of building innovative data & AI strategy projects.
• Useful to have practical experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
