Currently, our partner is seeking new skills to innovate together as an IT Business Analyst.Role

• Understanding and documenting business requirements in detail, collaborating with stakeholders.
• Analyzing business needs for Business Intelligence (BI) purposes.
• Identifying areas for improvement to enhance productivity and reduce costs effectively.
• Managing change impacts and planning necessary implementations.
• Providing regular project progress reports, working closely with stakeholders and the IT Director.

Profile

• Proficiency in both French and Dutch (spoken and written is a plus not a must).
• 3-10 years of experience
• Strong initiative, proactive mindset, and deep understanding of business needs.
• Project-oriented analytical skills, risk anticipation, and excellent communication abilities.
• Decision-making skills, stress resilience, and ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
• In-depth knowledge of IT architectures, market development tools, and methods.
• Operational IT knowledge, particularly in Business Intelligence (BI), is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft BI tools (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) and SQL is advantageous.
• Practical experience with Power BI is a bonus
• Native Dutch + intermediate French or English
