Data Assistant – eClinical

Job Summary

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based eClinical Data Assistant to join our eClinical team in Leuven. By working with the eClinical Project Manager and other team members, these professionals ensure the accuracy of data that is reported by patients for clinical studies at our state-of-the-art clinical trial sites.

Responsibilities

• Performing data entry
• Inventory management.
• Management of tablet computers (Setup, Provision, Return of these devices) for multiple studies.
• Assisting with support activities for the eClinical department.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Fluent in English
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar context and/or with data entry/inventory management is desirable.
