We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:Data and Reporting DeveloperResponsibilities: – Collaborating with data owners, data engineers and business users to define data quality requirements and standards
– Developing and automating data quality rules and checks using Google Cloud Platform tools
– Investigate data quality findings and propose remediation activities
– Perform ad-hoc data quality analysis and impact assessments
– Analyse, interpret trends, find patterns in complex data sets
– Proactively identify and solve problems
– Support assigned projects, including facilitating discussion and monitoring progress
– Communicating data quality findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholdersRequirements: – Minimum 3 years’ experience of working in data-related role (tech business analyst, data management/modelling, data analyst)
– Experience with Google Cloud Platform Products (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Looker Studio) or similar
– Python is welcome as optional for ad-hoc projects
– Advanced analytical, mathematical and creative problem-solving skills
– Proven ability to interpret large data sets, articulate complex issues concisely and in simple language to support problem analysis/solving
– Advanced listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
