Analytics & Commercial Insights ManagerWe are looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial analytical and commercial expert who dreams big. You will get the autonomy and accountability, without internal politics to be at the helm of building a data led E-Commerce operation. You are keen to get your hands dirty and prosper in an entrepreneurial environment. Your can-do mentality will focus daily on:Creating KPIs dashboards: Help the commercial teams to achieve higher highsPerformance tracking and data analysis: Be the expert in explaining the “why”. E.g. why did sales improve, and how can we utilize this learning for our wider portfolio?Continuous improvement: Leads by example by educating commercial teams on a data driven operating model, Insight, Plan, Act. Work collaboratively with business partners to continuously strive for operational excellence.Your activities:

Design KPIs and measurable metrics according to the different stakeholders and product needs.Build dashboards and reports around growth initiatives and business priorities.Manage the relationship with key stakeholders in order to gather and guide reporting and analytical requirements.Understand and find the best solutions for stakeholders’ questions related to different business projects and divisions based on data insightsProactively translate the results from your analysis to actionable points that help stakeholders take the correct approach to improve their business.Collaborate with cross-functional teams with different expertise, including Channel managers, Product Team, Finance, IT and Content.Be responsible for the long-term data quality of the solutions implemented.Capable of proposing and building innovative solutions, as well as testing and ensuring the quality of your analyses and implementations.Who are we looking forProficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Metabase.Strong technical experience with relational databases and SQL.Experience working in an Agile environment.Project management skills.What we offer
