Job Description:Data Analyst to support commercial data stewardship (Copenhagen)In Commercial Data & Analytics (CDA) we are more than +50 Analysts, Consultants, Engineers and Data Scientists working on transforming, tracking and improving the commercial results of Danske Bank.We work with different types of behavioural data form Personal Customers. We are a global team working across the value chain from technical solutions and data, downstream towards the Business utilising BI and Data Science. Likewise we are part of the Forward ’28 strategy on delivering great customer experiences which involves a focus on digital solutions and a more tailored and holistic advisory experience where data will be the key enabler.You will be joining the Commercial Data team that consists of approx. 15 colleagues across Copenhagen, Vilnius and Bangalore, where we build and maintain data assets for a variety of use cases like BI and Data Science.Your task will include:

  • Working closely with the whole data value chain ranging from System Owners over Business users and analysts to data engineers and data architects
  • Working with our Data Management framework and processes with a focus on critical data elements in the Business
  • Working on continuous improvement of data quality with the team and our Technology organisation
  • Drive the escalation and remediation process for Customer related data issues
  • Assume responsibility of specific data assets within the commercial data domain

About you:

  • Recently graduated with maximum of 2 years of experience
  • Experience with data modelling and ETL pipelines
  • Experience with Data Management Frameworks is beneficial
  • Experience in a programming language like SQL and/or Python
  • High analytical and problem solving skills
  • You like to proactively collaborate with people across the organisation and from different cultures
  • Excellent written and spoken English

A normal workday for our data analyst will consist of working with your team of data- and business experts ensuring our data assets are properly managed and documented. This will enable us to deliver on high quality customer journeys as well as enable us to become more digital cf. the Forward ’28 strategy.
