• Developing strategies for market analysis, based on product outcomes for the different Lines of Business. Support the Business stakeholders for the data-driven decisions ensuring the right involvement of the ICT function.
• Translate the business needs in technical requirements for the Data Science area (into the Digital & ICT function), create a consistent description for the data sets to be developed to better support the data analysis process.
• Actively collaborate with the Data Scientists team to create a high value business case, create a cross-function operating model to increase the value of the internal consulting activities, and create a next-generation value proposition for the business.
• Design, define the governance model, and express the requirements to transform the business operating needs in logical input for the Data science area. Collaborate with the Digital&ICT area and control the outcome of the predictive/prescriptive maintenance algorithm developed to ensure the maximum business value.
• Collaborate in designing of new digital services that can be enabled by using different tools for machine learning or AI at all.

What You Need to Be SuccessfulWe are looking for analytically oriented individuals who feel comfortable dealing with data and numbers, are strongly motivated to provide insightful information to support commercial and operational activities and are curious about innovation and technology.Specifically, we would like to meet candidates with:

• Master’s degree in engineering or STEM subjects with a strong interest in technology, especially in digital services and servitization;
• Excellent command of the English language because you will constantly interact with stakeholders, both internal and external, from all over the world.
• A sheer attitude and interest in statistics, crunching data and finding solutions.
• Innate curiosity for international environments and mindset

Additionally:

• Abroad experiences, both academic and professional, will be considered a plus.
• Programming knowledge will be considered a plus.
