We value flexibility and informal working, where you are trusted to deliver and to focus on outcomes and business value.About the roleYou will join the Marketing Analytics product line, within the AI & Innovation department in Data & Analytics. Our teams are working agile, and cross functional, consisting of engineers, data analysts and data visualization specialists. We work closely with the Marketing organization, but also within D&A to support other digital teams. You, as well as the other 2 data analysts, will be reporting to the Product Manager.Your responsibiltiies will include:

  • Formulating and defining scope and objectives based on a thorough understanding of business needs and business processes.
  • Understanding the business implications of advanced analytics solutions and assisting in defining the solutions to support any future business requirements.
  • Executing advanced analytics projects and providing ad hoc analyses to the business as needed.
  • Designing, driving, and implementing analytics tools and ad hoc analyses. Engaging with users to understand & meet their analytics requirements.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of reports/analysis and proactively communicating delays/issues.
  • Ensuring data accuracy in each deliverable.
  • Providing support for business continuity of deliverables/analyses, and driving the usage and adoption of our new self-service analytical tool.

In order to succeed, we expect that you have:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in data visualizations and dashboards.
  • Effective SQL skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in querying and manipulating complex raw datasets for analysis.
  • Experience explaining technical concepts to varied audiences and experience translating business objectives into actionable analyses, with a focus on design thinking and user centric design
  • Sound knowledge & experience in business communication/ presentation skills and reporting
  • Proven stakeholder management skills
  • BS Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Information Technology, Finance or similar.
  • Passion for data science & AI, & having Python or Pyspark skills is a plus
  • Fluenncy in English, both spoken and written
