Your missionAs a Data Analyst at Livo, you will work closely with product and business teams, your responsibilities will be:Work closely with product, design, and engineering to identify opportunities for product improvement.Analyze data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights to inform product decisions.Define metrics to measure the performance of new features.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics (KPIs).Work closely with product, design, and engineering to identify opportunities for product improvement.Generate insights on customer behavior, product usage, and feature performance.Monitor and report on user engagement, product rollouts, and business outcomes.Build Livo data foundations,ranging from data modeling to tooling to consume data across the organisation.Analyse data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights to inform product decisions.Implement the dashboards tracking key KPIs in order to support leadership.Support & co-lead the setup of product tracking with product team.Contribute to building a data-driven culture within Livo.Your profileWhat We’re Looking ForAt least 4+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality insights.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Python.Knowledge of modern data tools such as Airbyte, Fivetran, or equivanet.Experience with data visualization tools like Metabase, Looker, or similar platforms.Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis.Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for product teams.Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and management services.Why us?At Livo Health, we offer a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact in the healthcare space.
