We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst Finance to join our team and help shape the future of financial reporting and analytics. You will play a key role in collecting and analyzing data from various sources, creating interactive dashboards, and providing actionable insights to our Finance department and beyond.As a Data Analyst in Finance, you will help the team navigate large datasets, build impactful Power BI reports, and support data-driven decision-making within the organization. You’ll also act as a key liaison between the Finance department and other teams to ensure the smooth execution of digital transformation projects.Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:Design and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, serving the needs of the Finance department, both for Financial and Business Reporting.Collaborate with Finance teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable Power BI development needs.Conduct user testing to ensure reports are effective and meet end-user expectations.Troubleshoot issues, address inquiries, and resolve technical challenges within the Finance data environment.Document the development of data models and reports to ensure sustainability and best practices.Lead and manage Power BI development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with quality standards.Promote data management best practices and foster a culture of data stewardship within the Finance team.Drive digital transformation projects and work with the Finance department to integrate new digital tools and technologies.Lead efforts to continually improve the Planful system and collaborate with the HQ Finance Data Analytics Team.

How does our ideal candidate look like?Bachelor’s degree in information technology (or related field) with at least 5 years of experience in a financial data role.Expertise in Power BI (SQL, Power Query, Data Modelling, DAX, Visualizations).Knowledge of SAP, SAP BW, Data Bricks, Planful, and Alteryx is a plus.Familiarity with data architecture, ETL processes, machine learning, and data science concepts.Experience in financial analysis and modelling.Strong problem-solving, communication, project management, and change management skills.A critical, open mindset with a passion for driving innovation in data solutions.Performance by design.
