Role Purpose
The candidate will be working with the National Rating team to ensure that key roles are carried out to support our national business. The role will require a candidate to work independently with an elevated level of accuracy managing a varied and busy workload.
The rating team is a diverse team, predominately based in London but covering all the country. The team continues to grow year on year both from a people and revenue perspective and with these comes a variety of work and opportunities. We are looking for enthusiastic people who wants to be part of the team.
This role can be based in Manchester or Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities
To manage the Check, Challenge & Appeal system on behalf of CBRE and its clients
To work with clients by phone or in person to register them on the government gateway system.
To register clients, claim properties and keep CBRE / clients records up to date.
Update, maintain and work with our system suppliers to keep our platforms accurate and up to date.
Assist colleagues to extract data and run reports and assist with navigating the CCA system.
Carry out client billing for 2 National clients.
Work with HMRC & VOA to maintain our systems
Review all process and create guides and process maps to cover all admin roles
