About the Job:As a Danish-speaking Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in the Marketing team. You will be responsible for executing the strategy and managing marketing efforts specialised in our Payroll solutions for the Danish market. With innovative ideas, you will help elevate our market presence and customer engagement in Denmark.We are looking for you if:

Your work will involve:Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyse market data and customer insights to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
  • Track competitor movements, pricing strategies, and marketing tactics to inform product positioning and differentiation.

Familiarity with KPIs:

  • Track marketing efforts to determine cost per lead, CAC, ROI, and influence on a buyer’s journey.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics to stakeholders.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.

History of high performance:

  • Analyse and document historical performance data and trends to identify patterns of success. Use insights to optimise marketing initiatives.

Affiliate Partnership Management:

  • Research and identify potential affiliate partnership opportunities and maintain relationships with existing ones.

Execution of Product Marketing Tasks:

  • Implement product marketing strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Assist with the execution of product launches and marketing events in the respective market.

RequirementsTo succeed in this role you:

  • Have near-native Danish and English language skills
  • Have at least 4 to 5+ years experience in a product marketing role
  • Experience successfully managing marketing strategies and affiliate partnerships
  • Motivational and inspirational skills leading marketing initiatives
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Great collaboration skills and a big supporter of internal knowledge-sharing
  • Have no objection to handling demanding market challenges
  • Maintain the highest integrity and compliance in everything
  • Are happy to work from our Copenhagen office three days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in office, Wednesday and Friday optional to work remotely)
