Work Model: On-siteWhat You’ll Do:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and automated alerts, addressing user needs efficiently
- ️ Record call details in our management system, ensuring timely responses and resolutions within agreed SLAs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services and products, especially those tailored to individual customer needs
- Escalate potential service issues to senior team members as needed
- Adhere to all project processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with the contractual SLA
- Provide coverage for other agents in their absence, and collaborate on specific team projects
- Manage administrative responsibilities, including records of holidays, sickness, and overtime
- Participate in regular team meetings and perform additional tasks as assigned to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
What Were Looking For:
- Native or fluent in Danish, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus; familiarity with or experience driving electric vehicles is preferred
- Competency in IT platforms and applications, including Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration
- Strong customer care skills with the ability to listen to and understand customer needs
- ️ Capable of taking ownership of calls and resolving issues or escalating them as needed
