DanCenter is looking for a customer service representative for holiday homes and apartments in your local area.
Please note English is a must for this role.As a customer service representative, you will be an important part of our team
The jobWith your high standards as a customer service representative, you will help give our guests a great start to a memorable holiday.Your background and experience do not matter as much as your mind, and common to us is our robust personalities with a good dose of humor and a calm temperament. However, it is a clear advantage if you already have experience with:

• Handle queries in the pre-booking stage and resolve customer escalations.

• Customer service, telephone

• Handling customer inquiries

• Danish, plus German language will be nice to have

DanCenter is one of the largest providers of holiday homes in Denmark and has agreements with many thousands of holiday home owners – a total of approx. 10,000. It requires a sizable and strong team. A team with competence, good collaboration skills and an understanding of professional management of the rental of holiday homes.
