We value honest, unfiltered debates and believe in having fun while driving results.In this role, you’ll make an impact…… by managing a team of scientists and technicians and collaborating with cross-functional science teams to drive health ingredient development. You will work closely with Fresh Dairy Marketing and Business Development on the execution of the dairy health science strategy. You will stay updated on dairy health science trends while being a key contributor to product launches, providing expert insights to sales teams, and engaging with customers.In addition, some of your key tasks will include:

• Leading the dairy health science strategy and its execution.
• Supporting commercial teams through sales training and customer interaction.
• Managing strategic customer and science projects.
• Overseeing the development of new probiotics and health ingredients.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on health-related projects.

You can expect close interactions and collaborations with various stakeholders, including science teams, marketing, business development, sales management, and key account managers. We expect you to grow a network of external academics.To succeed, you must hold…

• A M.Sc. or PhD or similar in biological science, health science, or nutrition.
• 5-10 years of research experience in biology or health sciences.
• Experience as a scientist working closely with commercial teams.
• A customer solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience in research in food or dairy is an advantage.

You should have a collaborative mindset, management skills, and the ability to work effectively with commercial developers.
