As a Secondary Daily Supply Teacher, you will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and a student-centered approach to teaching.About the RoleAs a Secondary Daily Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects to students of different abilities. You will create a stimulating learning environment, adapt lesson plans to meet curriculum standards, and use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles. Your role will also involve assessing students’ progress, providing feedback, and supporting their academic and personal development.Responsibilities of Daily Supply Teacher – Secondary

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across various subjects.
• Teach students in Key Stage 3 (Ages 11-14) and Key Stage 4 (Ages 14-16).
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum and teaching best practices.
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Support students in their academic and personal development.

Requirements of Daily Supply Teacher- Secondary

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Secondary Teacher or in a similar teaching role.
• Strong knowledge of the secondary curriculum and effective teaching methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
• Have a DBS registered to the Update Service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
