• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide end-user training to maximise user adoption and satisfaction.
• Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimations for project deliverable.
• Stay updated with the latest D365 BC features and technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Good hands-on experience as a D365 BC Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of D365 BC functionality, this can be across all module areas
• Proficient in D365 BC configuration, customisation, and integration with third-party applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex business requirements.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
