Our mission is to contribute to help more people and business prosper.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs an Oversight, PMO and Convergence SCF Global Services Analyst, you will oversight the tasks related to Cyber Security for all the SCF Units under scope, track specific cyber projects and support in the Convergence of Cyber Security functions within Western Hub countries.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:Report to the Cybersecurity SCF HQ PMO and Oversight function.Support, and coordination of Cybersecurity Plans and Corporate Global CISO objectives in Countries.Follow-up on the correct compliance with Policies and RegulationsTracking of KRI’s mapCoordinate monthly 1-1, follow up sessions and dashboard updates with countries.Support CISO providing required reports.Improvement of Project Management methodologies for SC Cyber ProjectsCoordination of cyber security initiatives and projects.Homogenization / standardization of onboarding services.Identification and exchange of good practices and synergies for all countries.Lessons learnt.Facilitate the convergence in Western Hub from working in a country-basis way to a centralized cyber team approach.EXPERIENCE1-3 years of experience.Able to manage objectives, scopes, milestones, deliverables, KPIs and stakeholders under pressure.Project management experience desirable.EDUCATIONComputer Engineering / Computer Science or similar.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEAny cyber/network security or IT audit/risk management Certification is a plus: CISSP, CEH, ISACA (CISM/CSX/CISA) or similar.Fluent English and SpanishInternational experience working in multi-country teams, used to manage relations with different stakeholders both in country and international departments.OTHER INFORMATIONTravel, mainly to European countries, if needed (normally not frequent).If you want to know more about us, follow us on
