Working with us means working with the latest technologies and groundbreaking, sustainable innovations.Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow.The RoleWith the constant flow of new products and services being launched by our CPS group we need to make sure that all our people and stakeholders stay up to speed with those new systems.In this role your mission will be to coordinate, build, strengthen and support the training and knowledge management of all people working in the cyber physical systems group and all stakeholders using our products and services.In this role you will be reporting to the team leader CPS process & lifecycle management.This challenging role include:

• Working together with all CPS teams to create and maintain the best training, product and process documentation for all our CPS products and services. This both for internal CPS people as for our worldwide stakeholders from machine engineering, sourcing, service or marketing backgrounds.
• Coordinate, develop and maintain onboarding plans for each type of competence
• Push for knowledge sharing between different CPS teams
• Review old and new tools, like presentations, documents, Confluence wiki, chat bots, video’s, external partners … And use the best tools for each purpose
• The provided content should speed up the knowledge buildup for all users and result in an easier and faster introduction of existing and new CPS product and services in their machines.
• Coordinate big training campaigns

Furthermore, you establish and ensure your work:

• You closely interact with the product owners and other CPS teams within Airtec division, engineering/production/marketing/service teams of the CT business area and provide state-of-the-art consultancy.
• You discover which competence domains require more attention and organize your work accordingly.
• You look for innovations that can make your life easy (GenAI, digital, external parties, academics, …).

But it will also be your task to keep track of new evolutions in a very broad range of technologies and gradually add extra knowledge and expertise to the team.What we expect of you?

• The successful candidate shall have proven training skills and experience in developing and implementing a training strategy in an operational environment delivering shorter time to competence.
• You have solid background and experience in (the use of) embedded systems and, software development.
• You can act as a knowledge translator between deep technical CPS experts and the target audience. Making sure they receive their needed information and training in the way that will help them the best.
• Fluent in English reading and writing and good presentation skills.

A higher technical / scientific university degree or equivalent by experience.
