Job Description:

Position Title: CWR Project Analyst

Key accountabilities:

The activities that will be done by the individual include the following:

• Perform manual workaround for Diesel + product for Netherlands and Belgium with material code 400002922.
• Managing the deliveries from GSAP to Manual Delivery Matching template and filter the product fuel save (400002922) with calculated deliveries and delete.
• Perform Daily Exception Report and investigate all above threshold for material 400002922 (fuel save). 
• Perform manual work-around of extracting, plotting, and formatting data from GSAP system to one excel file. (Step out activity)
• Investigation of deliveries at site specific to diesel + product using GSAP system
• Perform analysis using the formatted excel file to determine tagging of issue.
• Check the stocks, sales, deliveries, differences, or variance on each site for this certain material (diesel plus) per day.
• Update Diesel Plus template and manually plot the correct variance in Daily Exception Report.
• Perform testing and related activities for the Wetstock Management Analytics for BENEFRUX for the specific material code (Diesel +).
• PROJECT MILESTONES: (N/A as this is a daily operational activity)
• Expected Outcomes:
• 100% execution of manual workaround of daily activities in Central Wet Stock; reconciling stocks accurately for every site, every product, every day.
• Correct variances are captured to avoid environmental impact and any possible leak or theft issue will be flagged.
• Full support to perform UAT testing of the project Wetstock Management Analytics for BENEFRUX.
