The Customer Technology Advisor (CTA) is a key Role in our Kyndryl Cloud Practice Team. They provide deep industry and cloud technology expertise to influence Client Solutions and Sales Engagements. The CTA works in tandem with the Kyndryl Consult- and Account-Partners to bring leading edge technical expertise to our most valuable Customer Accounts and sales engagements. The role develops technical or solution conversations delivering unique differentiated value to include show-and-tell methods (e.g., demos, presentations) with/for the customer to establish our credibility and eminence. The CTA is a pragmatic problem solver that bridges business and industry requirements to Cloud capabilities and develops solutions that work. The Customer Technology Advisor is able to communicate the benefits of Cloud technology to different levels of stakeholders in both the market place and client organisations.
Who You Are
Ideally the Customer Technology Advisor has a minimum of 6 years of experience in the IT industry – preferably in the private or public cloud space. CTAs should have an advanced certification on one of the hyperscaler platforms and Sales or solutioning experience.
