Customer Support Technician with English and German

• Answer inquiries over the ticktet system and emails
• Keep up to date with the changes in the manufacturer portals
• Work cross-functionally with other departments like Account Management and Sales
• Follow policies and procedures

• A completed apprenticeship as an automotive mechanic, mechatronics technician or electrician is required
• Knowledge of German and English is required
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Good communication skills required
• Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
