- Maintain and create simultaneously strong relationships with existing customers.
- Problem-solving: Ensure all needs and queries are resolved via ticket/phone/email/chat.
- Control and follow up on any bugs with the operations team and the client. Assist with basic troubleshooting.
- Provide information about products/services/policies
- Document Interactions
Your Profile π§
- Proficient level of German and English expert speaker.
- You demonstrate full ownership on each activity you develop.
- You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
- Excellence in communicating and problem-solving.
- Previous experience dealing with Customers is a plus!
